By accessing and using Simulai's AI agent testing platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Simulai provides AI agent testing services that allow you to test your conversational AI agents with simulated users across different personas and scenarios. Our platform includes conversation analysis, performance insights, and improvement recommendations.
You are responsible for ensuring that your AI agents comply with applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our service to test agents that generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
Your use of our API and SDK is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as specified in your service plan. Excessive usage may result in temporary service restrictions.
You retain ownership of your AI agents and associated data. Simulai retains ownership of our testing platform, analytics tools, and judge LLM systems.
Simulai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service.
